I just finished watching a really good show called Touching Evil. It's on USA on Friday nights, and I've seen about four or five episodes since it started a couple months ago. It's very good, creepy, with the Vancouver backdrop I came to know and love so well watching The X-files. I just heard that it's moving to Monday nights in a couple weeks, which is great news. Not only will it be easier for me to catch it, it will hopefully attract a larger fanbase.

My roommate and I drove to the IKEA in Burbank today so she could pick up a few things for her new studio apartment. It was a gorgeous, perfect southern California day, and I was able to relax and just have fun. It's so rare that I let my guard down, but today was different, and I'm so glad. Living with SA is difficult, but sometimes I'm able to let go and just be for a couple of hours, and it's a wonderful thing to catch a glimpse of that other world that so often eludes me.
